• Leading a small cross-functional team of engineers, partnering with a product manager and designer to assess priorities, and owning the day-to-day execution of the team's roadmap to consistently deliver high-quality releases on time.

Engineering Lead

Operations

• Vertical ownership: Serve as an operations partner to your assigned GTM team, understanding their workflows, KPIs, and pain points with greater fluency than anyone outside the team.
• Tool spike: Scope, implement, administer, and own the systems most critical to your vertical — which could range from outbound and lifecycle platforms (Outreach, Customer.io) to market intelligence tools (Pitchbook) to workflow and project systems, to post-trade and financial platforms, depending on the pod. You will be the power user, the admin, and the expert.
• Salesforce fluency: Own the Salesforce work for your vertical — reports, dashboards, flows, page layouts, validation rules — and partner with our dedicated Salesforce team on complex architectural builds.
• AI-enabled productivity: Partner with our GTM engineers to implement AI workflows that automate manual work, surface proprietary insights, and scale the human judgment of our sales and trading team.
• Data-driven iteration: Analyze performance metrics and conversion data to report on what's working, iterate on what isn't, and raise the bar on operational hygiene.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work daily with sales and trading, compliance, legal, marketing, and product to translate market insights into automated workflows and scalable systems.
• Process innovation: Identify bottlenecks in your vertical's revenue lifecycle and deploy automated solutions to clear them, maintaining a high bar for data integrity at every step.

Operations Strategy Associate

Product Marketing

• Own the target-state architecture of Salesforce and its integrated systems.
• Act as the final design reviewer for significant changes — object model evolution, automation patterns, integration approaches, security model — ensuring everything we build can carry the weight of the business as it scales.
• Own the Salesforce instance end-to-end, including the data model, declarative and programmatic automation (Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components), permission and sharing architecture, release management, sandbox and CI/CD discipline, and the long-term technical debt agenda.
• Own the data and integration patterns that connect Salesforce to our adjacent systems.
• Lead a small team of Salesforce specialists, setting technical standards, running code and design review, and mentoring the team on architectural craft.
• Partner closely with our Revenue Operations pod leads, translating their business priorities into platform changes that work across verticals.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, and InfoSec to ensure Salesforce and integrated systems meet regulatory obligations.
• Partner with engineers on the design of agent-first workflows, MCP server architecture, and the integration of LLM-based automation into our GTM systems.

Associate Director, GTM Systems

Product Manager

• Define the vision and roadmap for Hiive's external API platform, from initial partner integrations to a broader developer ecosystem.
• Own the end-to-end API product lifecycle: design, documentation, versioning, governance, and deprecation.
• Work with engineering partners to establish API design standards and conventions that prioritize developer experience, consistency, and security.
• Participate in build, buy, and partner decisions for integration infrastructure
• Lead the product side of integrations with other financial infrastructure providers.
• Translate complex, domain-specific requirements (fund structures, capital account data, compliance workflows, trading mechanics) into clean, well-scoped API contracts.
• Build bidirectional integration patterns: both exposing Hiive data to partners and ingesting external data into Hiive.
• Work directly with partner engineering and product teams to design, ship, and iterate on integrations.
• Partner with engineering to make technical architecture decisions, inform build priorities, and maintain API quality and reliability.
• Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure integrations meet regulatory requirements (FINRA, broker-dealer obligations, data handling, KYC/AML).
• Collaborate with business teams to identify high-value integration opportunities that drive revenue.
• Coordinate with internal product teams to ensure platform APIs are consistent with the core product experience.
• Build and maintain API documentation, developer guides, and sandbox environments that make it easy for partners to integrate with Hiive.
• Devise GTM practices for partners to stand-up and maintain integrations into Hiive, including version management and changelog processes
• Define success metrics for the API platform: partner onboarding time, integration reliability, API adoption, and revenue attribution.
• Lay the groundwork for a broader developer ecosystem as the platform matures.
