About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare, develop and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet program objectives
Ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing and quality functional groups
Track plans and schedules
Perform risk analysis
Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts
Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques
Gauge progress and identify performance variances
Facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant exempt experience
Master's Degree and 1 year of relevant professional experience
Alternatively, NNS Apprentice School graduate
Alternatively, Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate
Alternatively, Associate's Degree or other formal 2-year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience
Alternatively, 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience
Alternatively, Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience
Alternatively, High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience
Alternatively, High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience
U.S. citizenship required
Relevant exempt, professional, manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military, or non-exempt experience as applicable to the qualifying pathway
