About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare, develop and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet program objectives
  • Ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing and quality functional groups
  • Track plans and schedules
  • Perform risk analysis
  • Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts
  • Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques
  • Gauge progress and identify performance variances
  • Facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant exempt experience
  • Master's Degree and 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Alternatively, NNS Apprentice School graduate
  • Alternatively, Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate
  • Alternatively, Associate's Degree or other formal 2-year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience
  • Alternatively, 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience
  • Alternatively, Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience
  • Alternatively, High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience
  • Alternatively, High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Relevant exempt, professional, manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military, or non-exempt experience as applicable to the qualifying pathway
