About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet program objectives
- Ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality functional groups
- Track plans and schedules
- Perform risk analysis
- Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts
- Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress
- Identify performance variances and facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant exempt experience; or Master's Degree and 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Equivalent pathways include NNS Apprentice School graduate; Navy Nuclear Power School graduate; Associate's Degree or other formal 2-year program plus 2 years of relevant exempt experience; 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience; military paygrade E-5 or above military experience; High School/GED plus 4 years of combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military, or other relevant exempt experience; or High School/GED plus 8 years of combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military, or other relevant non-exempt experience
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Relevant exempt or professional experience as specified in the qualification pathways
