About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet program objectives
Ensure major project and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality functional groups
Track plans and schedules
Perform risk analysis
Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts
Use Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress
Identify performance variances and facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant exempt experience; or Master's Degree and 1 year of relevant professional experience
Equivalent pathways include NNS Apprentice School graduate; Navy Nuclear Power School graduate; Associate's Degree or other formal 2-year program plus 2 years of relevant exempt experience; 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience; Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience; High School/GED plus 4 years of combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military, or other relevant exempt experience; or High School/GED plus 8 years of combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military, or other relevant non-exempt experience
U.S. Citizenship required
Relevant exempt, professional, manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, or military experience as applicable to the qualifying pathway
