About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet program objectives
  • Ensure major project and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality functional groups
  • Track plans and schedules
  • Perform risk analysis
  • Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts
  • Use Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress
  • Identify performance variances and facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant exempt experience; or Master's Degree and 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Equivalent pathways include NNS Apprentice School graduate; Navy Nuclear Power School graduate; Associate's Degree or other formal 2-year program plus 2 years of relevant exempt experience; 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience; Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience; High School/GED plus 4 years of combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military, or other relevant exempt experience; or High School/GED plus 8 years of combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military, or other relevant non-exempt experience
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Relevant exempt, professional, manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, or military experience as applicable to the qualifying pathway
