About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks
  • Gather, maintain, format, compile, and manipulate technical data, including laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes
  • Produce engineering documentation, reports, drawings, flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics
  • Perform detailed mathematical calculations using established formulas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience
  • NNS Apprentice School graduate may substitute for the Associate's Degree
  • Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate may substitute for the Associate's Degree
  • High School/GED and 2 years of related Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience may substitute for the Associate's Degree
  • High School/GED and 4 years of non-related Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience may substitute for the Associate's Degree
  • U.S. Citizenship required
