About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Install, operate, maintain, repair and modify equipment
  • Perform maintenance and technical support on equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations
  • Analyze and evaluate products and related performance
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time
  • Install, upgrade and remove products while ensuring coordinative engineering field change
  • Maintain effective customer communications and relations
  • Provide onsite training of customer support personnel when required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's Degree and 1 year of relevant experience
  • NNS Apprentice School graduate may be equivalent to an Associate's Degree
  • Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate may be equivalent to an Associate's Degree
  • High School/GED and 2 years of related Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience may be equivalent to an Associate's Degree
  • High School/GED and 4 years of non-related Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience may be equivalent to an Associate's Degree
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • No clearance required to start
