About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Install, operate, maintain, repair and modify equipment
Perform maintenance and technical support on equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations
Analyze and evaluate products and related performance
Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time
Install, upgrade and remove products while ensuring coordinative engineering field change
Maintain effective customer communications and relations
Provide onsite training of customer support personnel when required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's Degree and 1 year of relevant experience
NNS Apprentice School graduate may be equivalent to an Associate's Degree
Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate may be equivalent to an Associate's Degree
High School/GED and 2 years of related Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience may be equivalent to an Associate's Degree
High School/GED and 4 years of non-related Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience may be equivalent to an Associate's Degree
U.S. Citizenship required
No clearance required to start
