About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Remove, repair, and install insulation materials including fiberglass, calcium silicate, and rubatex
  • Insulate piping systems, ventilation systems, machinery, and shipboard structures
  • Follow specifications and guidelines to ensure proper installation and performance
  • Work in various shipboard environments and support production needs
  • Must be available to work any shift in a 24/7 manufacturing environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on experience installing and repairing industrial or marine insulation (preferred)
  • Skill working with fiberglass, calcium silicate, rubatex, or similar materials
  • Ability to work safely in complex shipyard environments
  • Strong commitment to quality, precision, and teamwork
  • 1 year of Pipe Insulation experience in an Industrial, Marine, Shipbuilding or Petro-Chemical environment with experience installing rubber insulation
  • Must be able to work assigned shift as production needs
