About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Remove, repair, and install insulation materials including fiberglass, calcium silicate, and rubatex
Insulate piping systems, ventilation systems, machinery, and shipboard structures
Follow specifications and guidelines to ensure proper installation and performance
Work in various shipboard environments and support production needs
Must be available to work any shift in a 24/7 manufacturing environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience installing and repairing industrial or marine insulation (preferred)
Skill working with fiberglass, calcium silicate, rubatex, or similar materials
Ability to work safely in complex shipyard environments
Strong commitment to quality, precision, and teamwork
1 year of Pipe Insulation experience in an Industrial, Marine, Shipbuilding or Petro-Chemical environment with experience installing rubber insulation
Must be able to work assigned shift as production needs
