About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks
- Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables
- Develop and implement testing and validation procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues, using advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of relevant exempt experience; Master’s Degree and 7 years of relevant professional experience; Ph.D. and 4 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including circuit analysis, power systems, and control systems
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
