About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Radiological Control Program for the Nuclear Propulsion Engineering organization
  • Ensure that all applicable RadCon procedures and requirements are followed to ensure radiological safety for NNS personnel and the environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS in Engineering and 10 years engineering experience OR MS in Engineering and 8 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Candidate's degree must be from an ABET accredited program in the school of engineering.
  • Knowledgeable of NAVSEA radiological control requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and direct the work of others
