Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a high performing team of recruiters responsible for hiring the skilled craft workforce
Guide the team through high volume hiring cycles
Coach recruiters on effective talent strategies
Ensure a consistent, high quality experience for every candidate
Collaborate with Workforce Development partners during peak periods
Support hiring events, technical school engagements, and community workforce initiatives
Drive improvement in key measures like time to fill and recruiting effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 6 years of applicable, progressive professional and/or supervisory work experience
Master's degree and 4 years relevant experience
Prefer candidate to be skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and SuccessFactors or Workday
