About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems
- Coordinates with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls
- Represents the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments
- Develops and modified business information processing systems, such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, marketing, and human resources systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience or HS/GED and 12 years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of e-commerce tools
- Computer system capabilities
- Business processes
- Work flow
- Experience with IFS and Vessel class labor (Nice to Have)
- Experience developing manning forecasts and Earned Value (Nice to Have)
- Experience with SAP, RCM, Epicenter, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams) (Nice to Have)
- Experience creating and presenting performance metrics and trend analysis (Nice to Have)
