About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment
Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering
May facilitate self-directed work teams and provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers
Interacts with internal and external customers regarding product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement
Generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline, plus a minimum of 6 years of applicable, progressive professional and/or supervisory work experience
Master's degree and 4 years relevant experience
A combination of completed education and experience may be used in lieu of degree
Demonstrated experience in managing indirect budget and labor resource planning
Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Presentation and project management skills are a plus
Knowledge of the CBA and employee on-boarding processes would be beneficial
