Key responsibilities & impact

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects
serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving
Act as principle lead on assigned Facilities Projects
Develops agendas and schedules for project meetings as required
Performs data analytics and generates metrics to support departmental goals and performance
Act as principle lead on special or emergent projects and compiles/submits project metrics or updates to the Director

Requirements

What you’ll need

6 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field
4 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree
a combination of experience and education can be used in lieu of bachelor's degree
