About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects
- serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
- Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving
- Act as principle lead on assigned Facilities Projects
- Develops agendas and schedules for project meetings as required
- Performs data analytics and generates metrics to support departmental goals and performance
- Act as principle lead on special or emergent projects and compiles/submits project metrics or updates to the Director
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 4 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree
- a combination of experience and education can be used in lieu of bachelor's degree
