About the role

  • Represents organizational unit on administrative matters
  • Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures
  • Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development
  • Builds and coordinates Engineering, Technology, & Design owned buildings
  • Acts as an onsite Facility and Capacity coordinator
  • Conducts monthly building walk thrus
  • Partners with Facilities Proper for transitions

  • Partners with the Facilities maintenance team
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for reporting facility issues
  • Plans/manages equipment moves in and out of buildings
  • Supports video teleconferencing meetings for engineering departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant exempt experience
  • Master’s Degree and 4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of spatial planning and space utilization
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
