About the role
- Represents organizational unit on administrative matters
- Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures
- Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development
- Builds and coordinates Engineering, Technology, & Design owned buildings
- Acts as an onsite Facility and Capacity coordinator
- Conducts monthly building walk thrus
- Partners with Facilities Proper for transitions

- Partners with the Facilities maintenance team
- Serves as the primary point of contact for reporting facility issues
- Plans/manages equipment moves in and out of buildings
- Supports video teleconferencing meetings for engineering departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of relevant exempt experience
- Master’s Degree and 4 years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of spatial planning and space utilization
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
