About the role
- Administer the HM&E Test Program across all CVN contracts
- Build a high performing team with ready successors
- Hire, train and manage resources to accomplish CVN HM&E base and growth work across all contracts
- Develop and execute test management plans
- Ensure consistency, continuity and proper integration of all CVN HM&E test products
- Maintain short term and long term (5Y+) Labor Resource Plans based on approved budgets and internal performance projections
- Build strong relationships with all internal and external customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of progressive technical experience in research, engineering and design
- Master's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience
- PhD and 4 years of relevant experience
- Newport News Shipbuilding requires a Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program
