About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and drive overall product strategy and roadmap
- Partner with stakeholders to identify customer needs and market opportunities

Requirements
What you’ll need- 9+ years of progressive experience in product management
- Strong software development or technical background
- At least 5 years in senior leadership roles overseeing product teams or functions
- Proven product leadership experience in the banking or fintech industry
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling products within banking, financial services, or fintech platforms
- Deep understanding of regulatory complexity and risk management in highly regulated environments
- Expert command of product management tools and methodologies
- Sophisticated understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, business strategy, and customer behavior
- Strong technical acumen
- Hands-on experience with agile frameworks (SCRUM, SAFe)
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing product organizations
