Key responsibilities & impact

Define and drive overall product strategy and roadmap
Partner with stakeholders to identify customer needs and market opportunities
Translate strategic objectives into clear product initiatives
Lead and mentor the product team, fostering a culture of innovation
Work closely with engineering, design, and operations
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch
Prioritize product initiatives and manage the product portfolio
Leverage market insights and customer feedback to inform product decisions
Ensure alignment between customer needs and business goals
Establish product processes and metrics for execution excellence
Act as a key contributor to the company's growth strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

9+ years of progressive experience in product management
Strong software development or technical background
At least 5 years in senior leadership roles overseeing product teams or functions
Proven product leadership experience in the banking or fintech industry
Demonstrated track record of building and scaling products within banking, financial services, or fintech platforms
Deep understanding of regulatory complexity and risk management in highly regulated environments
Expert command of product management tools and methodologies
Sophisticated understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, business strategy, and customer behavior
Strong technical acumen
Hands-on experience with agile frameworks (SCRUM, SAFe)
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing product organizations
