About the role

  • Partner with stakeholders and managers to understand team needs and provide effective HR solutions.
  • Coach and support managers on performance management, feedback, and employee development.
  • Manage employee relations topics and help resolve workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Monitor employee engagement and organizational health, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Analyze HR data and trends to support decision-making and propose actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Support organizational changes and help teams navigate growth and transformation.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence at different levels of the organization.
  • Experience handling employee relations and performance management topics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Fluency in Armenian and English.
