About the role
- Partner with stakeholders and managers to understand team needs and provide effective HR solutions.
- Coach and support managers on performance management, feedback, and employee development.
- Manage employee relations topics and help resolve workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Monitor employee engagement and organizational health, identifying areas for improvement.
- Analyze HR data and trends to support decision-making and propose actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Support organizational changes and help teams navigate growth and transformation.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence at different levels of the organization.
- Experience handling employee relations and performance management topics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Fluency in Armenian and English.
