About the role

  • Serve as right hand to Head of Revenue Operations and help build scalable GTM organization
  • Support Operations across Sales, SDR, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Partnerships
  • Drive sales planning processes including capacity modeling, territory management, and quota allocation
  • Support sales forecasting to drive accuracy and predictability
  • Develop, own, and iterate on data sets, reports, and insights to enhance GTM productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution
  • Think strategically about scaling while executing hands-on implementation of systems and processes

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related GTM Ops roles, ideally in Enterprise SaaS
  • 5+ years in people management preferred
  • Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales motions (large ACVs, complex deal cycles, multi-stakeholder environments)
  • Deep expertise in sales planning (capacity modeling, territory design, quota setting)
  • Experience with pipeline management and forecasting
  • Equally strong as a strategic thinker and a hands-on builder; comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
