Requirements

What you’ll need

Ideally 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience
partnered with Engineering Leaders successfully
hired for senior backend engineers, fullstack engineers, frontend engineers, engineering leadership
strong driver of the hiring manager/recruiter relationship
proven track record for identifying and engaging qualified candidates
creative and resourceful in problem-solving
