About the role
- Be the strategic right-hand to two senior executives—anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and enabling them to focus on the highest-impact work.
- Own complex calendar and priority management—balancing internal meetings, external engagements, and heads-down work time with flawless scheduling judgment.
- Manage communications and inboxes—draft, edit, and send high-quality correspondence on behalf of your executives, ensuring the right messages land at the right time.
- Project manage key initiatives—drive progress on critical cross-functional projects, tracking deliverables and holding stakeholders accountable.
- Run the San Francisco office—oversee daily operations, vendor relationships, supply management, and office culture to ensure a smooth and inspiring workspace.
- Travel coordination—plan end-to-end travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for domestic and international trips.
- Confidentiality and discretion—handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Adapt on the fly—thrive in ambiguity, pivot quickly as priorities shift, and take ownership beyond your job description to get things done.
- Be a culture carrier—support company-wide programs, events, and initiatives that keep our team connected and motivated.
Requirements
- Experience supporting C-level or senior executives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks with precision and calm under pressure.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Tech-savvy, with mastery of modern productivity and collaboration tools.
- A proactive mindset! Always looking for ways to improve processes and anticipate needs before they’re voiced.
- Must be Based in San Francisco and available to work onsite at the office Tuesday through Thursday each week.
