About the role

  • Lead the design, scoping, and implementation of marketing website projects such as new feature pages, blog revamps, and more
  • Integrate CMS-powered interfaces (we use Sanity) that allow marketers to update content independently
  • Build and maintain our design system to ensure we can continue to build with high velocity and high standards for UX
  • Develop engaging animations that enhance product storytelling using technologies such as Motion and GSAP
  • Exercise strong design judgment and attention to detail to ensure that every aspect of our site reinforces our brand identity

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software/web engineering, ideally with strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, CSS, and Next.js
  • Demonstrated ability to build production-ready web applications in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent design taste and obsessive attention to detail
  • Proven experience with code-based animations (e.g., using Motion or GSAP) or experience collaborating with contractors on creative implementations
  • Ability to work autonomously, lead and coach other engineers, and collaborate effectively with marketing, design, and data teams
  • Deep understanding of SEO principles and best practices, especially around performance, accessibility, and search optimization
