About the role

  • Hightouch empowers teams to take action on their data via a Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP) and AI Decisioning
  • Enables business users to activate data without writing code to improve marketing and operations
  • Company is remote-friendly and based in San Francisco; customers include PetSmart, Warner Music Group, Spotify, Ramp, Retool, NBA, Plaid
  • Role: execute field marketing roadmap and scale investment and team
  • Develop and execute roadmap and plan for field events and ABM in either East or West North America
  • Collaborate with demand generation and revenue operations to drive attendance and build sales pipeline
  • Work directly with sales leadership, SDRs, and AEs to activate sales around tradeshows, regional events, roundtables, and more
  • Own the roadmap of field events for your region and operationalize systems for sales success

Requirements

  • 3-10 years of experience working in field marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Strong ability to build relationships with sales teams and partners
  • Strong work ethic and attitude
  • Highly detail-oriented and process-oriented
  • A creative thinker who can develop interesting concepts and activations and elevate the experience at our events
  • Strong project management background across many projects and partners simultaneously
