About the role
- Customize and configure Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud modules based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business processes and translate them into system customizations.
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM/ERP and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, payroll, time tracking).
- Utilize tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware for seamless data exchange.
- Design and implement fast formulas to meet the client requirements
- Design and implement reports to meet the client requirements.
- Plan and execute the migration of employee data from legacy systems to Oracle HCM/ERP
- Ensure data integrity and validation during the migration process.
- Conduct various testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing.
- Create technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials for end-users.
- Provide training sessions to HR personnel and other stakeholders on system usage.
- Offer ongoing support and maintenance for the HCM system post-implementation.
- Troubleshoot issues, implement patches, and ensure the system remains up to date.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
Requirements
- At least 2- 4 years of experience As Oracle Technical Consultant.
