Content Manager

• Develop, curate, and maintain high-quality proposal content and supporting materials for Oracle Cloud solutions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements.
• Work closely with our capture management team to develop, refine, and deliver the most current and relevant proposal/orals content—including content and diagrams related to Oracle Cloud services—tailored to specific opportunities.
• Partner with delivery teams to define and draft content for new Oracle Cloud services and unique solutions for inclusion in upcoming proposals.
• Ensure all proposal content and graphics, particularly those relating to Oracle Cloud, follow established review processes and internal toll gates, maintaining a high standard of proposal content quality and organization.
• Maintain all proposal content in an organized, easily accessible manner within Microsoft Teams.

• Provide functional leadership focused on Design, Configuration and Testing of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Collaborate with onsite team and clients to understand the project implementation needs, processes, and challenges.
• Maintain regular communication with onshore teams and clients to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud system to meet client specifications and business processes.
• Develop test plans, test scripts, execute testing, and document results to ensure the system functions as expected.
• Identify defects and work with relevant teams to resolve issues before releasing it for lead/client validation.

•Manage contract/task order lifecycle, including RFP review/proposals support, quotes, negotiations, awards, renewals, change orders, modifications, ongoing contract administration and close out
•Support business development activities by providing contract and RFP-related risk assessment, recommendations, and ensuring compliance
•Collaborate with legal and senior management on non-standard terms and conditions
•Develop and refine contract management policies and procedures as the company scales
•Administer various types of contracts, including but not limited to IDIQ, FFP, Cost-Type, and T&M
•Liaise collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders and counsel to resolve any contract disputes, risks and issues
•Manage all existing contracts to comply with contract requirements and company policies
•Maintain contract documentation including tracking and reporting contract funding, backlog, and historical award information
•Lead contract kick-off efforts with internal teams, vendors/subcontractors, and customers.
