Support the sales, solution consulting, and account management teams in delivering rapid, quality support to the Global Solution Consulting team
Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and buyer experience
Coach the SC Operations team to deliver quality work
Design, refine, and innovate services, processes, and operations with the Services Director and Solution Consulting Leader
Report on key metrics measuring the success of global Solution Consulting programs
Coach and develop direct reports while establishing high performance and engagement standards
Partner across Product, Account Management, Marketing, and other sister functions
Develop deep product knowledge of the Highspot platform and its business value

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–12+ years of experience in Solution Consulting Operations, Pre-sales solutioning, Business Operations, or Strategy & Operations
2–5 years of leading high-performing teams, ideally supporting sales functions
3+ years working with SaaS products and technologies
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
Familiarity with SaaS businesses, metrics, goals, and challenges
Knowledge of sales technology, CRM, or martech
Knowledge of how businesses and sales teams operate in the target market
Strong executive leadership and decision-making abilities
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate and sell a vision internally and externally
Strong execution skills and ability to drive action and accountability
Proven track record of hiring, developing, and managing world-class talent
Experience working with and/or deploying Sales, Marketing, or Service technologies
Working knowledge of CRM, including Salesforce.com and Dynamics 365
Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and change
Proven track record of defining and optimizing processes
Strong written and spoken English
