💰 $118,400 - $196,800 per year
About the role
- Define, own, and deliver mid-size engagements to meet/exceed key performance metrics
- Manage 1-2 simultaneous client engagements
- Lead individuals, teams or multiple groups
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of a project lifecycle
- Conduct detailed discovery meetings and collect requirements
- Help with performance management, coaching, and targeted individual development activities
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice of a consulting firm or similar experience
- 3 years of management experience and/or experience leading teams and/or projects
- 3 years of working in complex, matrixed environments
- 3 years of aggregate project experience from the Healthcare industry (payor and/or provider) preferred
