- Provide strategic leadership, vision, and direction for the Learning Services department

Requirements
- 5 years of experience with leading learning and development functions, strategic training-related projects, or consulting on training-related initiatives
- 3 years of experience in management or leadership role
- 3 years of experience with analyzing, designing and implementing learning solutions and processes with a focus on operational excellence and analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
