About the role

  • Lead the development and execution of the health plan’s product performance framework across all product portfolios and lines of business
  • Provide critical measurement plan design and development, insights, measurement reporting and data oversight on clinical, operational, and member experience outcomes
  • Lead end-to-end product performance measurement process
  • Collaborate with product managers, owners, business stakeholders, and analytics teams to identify data requirements
  • Lead performance deep dives and business reviews to support strategic planning and product refresh cycles

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience with Healthcare industry or equivalent product management/performance experience
  • 5 years of experience with Management or leadership role
  • 5 years of experience with Data analysis, data governance, reporting or operational or product measurement functions
  • Strategic Thinking

  • Problem Solving & Decision Making
  • Familiarity with Health Plan Operations, Clinical Solutions and Health Insurance Products
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Health Administration, public health, economics or other applicable discipline or relevant experience as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
