About the role
- Oversee and execute projects and programs for efficient delivery of solutions
- Maintain and improve the Standard Operating Model (SOM)
- Define and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Manage a team providing administrative services support
- Design and implement strategies using Six Sigma and Agile methodologies
- Lead monthly and quarterly operating reviews with key stakeholders
- Partner with management to assemble project teams and workgroups
- Drive operational efficiencies in collaboration with various departments
- Implement performance improvement programs and resolve project issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 6 years of experience in an operational excellence role
- Minimum 10 years in Project Management, including 5 years in the Healthcare Industry and 5 years in a Leadership role
- 7 years using Lean/Six Sigma or other related disciplines
- Black Belt certification required, Master Black Belt and Agile Scrum Certification preferred
