About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing priorities
- Lead content strategy and creation across organic and paid social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Write on-brand copy for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and influencer briefs
- Grow and engage digital communities through community management and platform-specific engagement strategies
- Plan, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships, including briefing, messaging alignment, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with brand, sales, and creative teams on messaging and campaign execution
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital KPIs, delivering actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Track emerging digital trends, content formats, platform updates, and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or brand marketing
- Exceptional copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone and voice across platforms and audiences
- Strong understanding of major social platforms, audience behaviors, and emerging trends
- Experience managing organic and paid social campaigns
- Experience managing influencer relationships and negotiating deliverables and timelines
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Meta Insights, Sprout, and Google Analytics
- Working knowledge of photo and video production, including basic editing and shoot direction
- Strong communication, storytelling, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
