About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Neon One’s strategy, architecture, and deployment of autonomous systems and GTM technology
Own the full lifecycle of Salesforce Agentforce agents: design, build, test, deploy, and continuously optimize agent flows
Automate workflows across GTM teams and improve customer journeys
Strategize, architect, and build Data360 and Snowflake integration layers
Create Unified Customer Profiles as real-time context for Agentforce
Design complex system logic, prompt models, and dynamic routing
Refine prompts to optimize response quality and prevent hallucinations
Establish agent scopes, structural guardrails, and programmatic circuit breakers
Pressure-test agents against adversarial prompts and edge cases
Oversee API integrations and data synchronization from Data360/Snowflake into GTM platforms
Partner with Sales, Support, and Customer Success leadership to transform high-impact processes into autonomous systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in GTM systems engineering, business systems analysis, or technology orchestration
Hands-on experience implementing or managing autonomous AI agents in an enterprise environment
Salesforce Agentforce experience strongly preferred
Strong proficiency in prompt engineering, agentic logic design, and error-trapping non-linear workflows
Familiarity with Snowflake, Data360, Agentforce, and API integrations
Strong business acumen to translate operational friction into modern AI solutions
Salesforce Admin Certification or relevant AI/Systems certifications preferred
Availability to work 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CT
Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
