About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with overall business goals and market trends
- Define and prioritise product requirements, user stories, and use cases based on customer needs and business objectives
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure smooth product development and launch
- Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and customer pain points to drive product innovation
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy to internal and external stakeholders
- Drive the product development process from concept to launch, including defining product specifications, collaborating with engineering teams, and overseeing testing and quality assurance
- Build, and own, the product roadmap of incremental improvements and iterative development
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop product collateral, sales enablement tools, and marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and revenue growth
- Provide input into go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging for product launches
- Define and track product performance metrics, conduct data analysis, and generate insights to measure product success and identify areas for improvement
- Research and evaluate new technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product differentiation and competitive advantage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of product initiatives
- Build relationships, and maintain open lines of communication within the company and with key external stakeholders
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture within the product team and across the organisation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep experience of product development processes, methodologies, and best practices covering the product lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills across all mediums
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, support and customer success to achieve successful product outcomes
- Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product decisions
- Data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing verification performance metrics, running experiments, and leveraging insights to drive product improvements
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching software products, preferably in a global or fast-paced startup environment
- Strong understanding of product development processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Demonstrated experience in driving product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to deliver successful product outcomes
- Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product decisions
