- Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, candidates, and the team to ensure alignment.
- Learn fast, adapt, and build lasting trust with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience.
- Proven success building teams within scaling tech companies and high-growth organizations.
- Ability to juggle multiple urgent searches with speed and precision.
- Passion for candidate experience, diversity, and data-driven recruiting.
