Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support/Lead the onboarding of new customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Build strong relationships across each customer's organization
- Advise customers on best practices and continuous improvement opportunities
- Educate customers on new features, enhancements, and relevant updates
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain a structured success plan following implementation
- Own customer health, renewal readiness, churn-risk identification
- Identify expansion opportunities and help customers build business cases
- Lead challenging customer situations with professionalism
- Work with Marketing to develop case studies and customer success stories
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience managing customer accounts in a B2B SaaS environment
- Retail experience preferred, particularly in store operations or headquarters environments
- Exceptional communication, presentation, listening, and writing skills
- Bilingual: Italian/English preferred; Spanish, French, or German a plus
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using customer data and reporting
- Strong project-management and organizational skills
- Experience supporting customer onboarding and familiarity with implementation processes
- Willingness to travel
- AI fluency preferred
