About the role
- Lead the strategy and execution behind programs that drive our sales pipeline.
- Build and run a multi-channel demand generation function to impact growth.
- Directly build, launch, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, and experimentation.
- Monitor and optimize CPL, pipeline contribution, and cost per opportunity.
- Develop campaign strategies and briefs that align teams around target audiences, messaging, channel mix, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Own the execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified pipeline.
- Lead campaign performance analysis, consistently uncovering insights.
- Establish campaign measurement cadences and share performance updates.
Requirements
- 6+ years of overall experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a demand generation role.
- Preferred experience marketing in the SMB B2B space.
- Direct experience building, launching, and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools like Salesforce and Pardot
- Track record of hitting pipeline targets and generating revenue.
- Self-motivated; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with autonomy.
- Proven track record of improving funnel performance.
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
