About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate Customer Success problems into AI solution designs
- Build orchestrators and sub-agents inside ORA, HighLevel’s internal AI platform
- Author and maintain skills, prompts and knowledge-base entries
- Design and instrument feedback loops using thumbs up/down, logs and evaluation signals
- Deploy AI solutions into production, monitor quality drift and iterate using advisor and customer feedback
- Design pre-call briefs, in-call guidance, post-call grading and summaries, transcription-driven follow-ups, and internal knowledge tools
- Identify ORA platform capability gaps and request features from RevOps with requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases and customer impact
- Participate in design reviews, provide technical input and validate builds
- Integrate new capabilities and report outcomes
- Ingest Quality Analyst II evaluation signals and prioritize fixes and new builds
- Communicate shipped work to Success leadership and Enablement
- Define and document AI solution design, testing and deployment patterns
- Build onboarding playbooks and set standards for solution quality, test coverage and observability
- Stay current on LLM behavior, orchestration patterns, model releases and AI tooling
- Run experiments and share findings with Success, Quality Analyst II and RevOps engineering
Requirements
What you’ll need- Insatiable curiosity and a self-learning mindset — this is non-negotiable
- 7+ years in AI/ML solution work, technical product, prompt engineering, applied AI, automation engineering or a closely related role with end-to-end delivery ownership
- Working fluency with LLM behavior, including prompt design, orchestration patterns, model selection trade-offs, common failure modes and evaluation design
- Strong understanding of databases and data flows between systems
- Ability to read code fluently enough to understand what runs inside ORA, debug integrations and hold substantive technical conversations with RevOps engineers; production coding is not required
- Ability to scope problems, design solutions, write clear requirements and acceptance criteria, and ship end-to-end
- Strong written and verbal communication
- End-to-end ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on experience with AI development platforms such as Claude, Cursor or similar tools
- Experience designing orchestration patterns, sub-agent workflows or multi-step AI solutions
- Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases or knowledge-base architecture
- Familiarity with SQL or similar database querying
- Experience with APIs, webhooks or data integration between systems
- Background in customer success, support, sales enablement or call center environments
- Experience with HighLevel or comparable SaaS products
- Prior experience shipping AI workflows into production
- Prior experience writing technical requirements for engineering teams
