Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and mentor a team of designers focused on growth and lifecycle experiences
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define strategy, priorities, and success metrics
Translate business goals into clear user experience strategies and scalable design solutions
Champion user-centered design while balancing speed, experimentation, and impact
Establish and refine processes for design discovery, iteration, and delivery
Use data, research, and experimentation to inform decisions and measure outcomes
Advocate for design at the executive level and contribute to broader product leadership discussions

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in product design, with 3+ years in a design leadership role
Proven experience designing B2B2C and/or SaaS products, ideally with complex workflows
Strong background in growth, onboarding, activation, or lifecycle design
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes (activation, retention, conversion, churn reduction)
Experience leading and scaling high-performing design teams
Strong product thinking and the ability to balance user needs with business goals
Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with cross-functional partners
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
