Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience
  • Significant experience partnering with senior GTM leaders in high-growth technology organizations
  • Exposure to globally distributed teams
  • Hands-on experience supporting organizations across both India and the United States
  • Thought leadership with deep, strategic expertise across various HR disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations matters
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote-first global environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring leadership at all levels of the organization
