About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a senior strategic partner to leaders across the GTM organization
- Help scale the business and strengthen leadership effectiveness
- Build high-performing teams while ensuring operational discipline
- Partner directly with the People team and leadership on talent strategies
- Lead workforce planning, talent strategy, and change initiatives
- Champion AI-enabled ways of working and advocate for company culture
- Mentor leaders on performance management and develop talent programs
- Leverage people analytics to identify trends for informed decision-making
- Manage complex employee relations matters and build leadership capability
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience
- Significant experience partnering with senior GTM leaders in high-growth technology organizations
- Exposure to globally distributed teams
- Hands-on experience supporting organizations across both India and the United States
- Thought leadership with deep, strategic expertise across various HR disciplines
- Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations matters
- Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote-first global environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in coaching and mentoring leadership at all levels of the organization
