About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and own the long-term vision for HighLevel’s Marketing OS and Lead Generation ecosystem
- Identify opportunities to unify fragmented tools into a cohesive, AI-powered growth platform
- Drive product strategy that increases lead volume, conversion rates, and customer ROI
- Lead a group of product managers and cross-functional teams across multiple product lines
- Ensure tight integration across all surfaces to deliver a seamless user experience
- Partner with Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption of core lead gen tools
- Embed AI across the ecosystem to create autonomous marketing workflows
- Establish and track core metrics for lead generation volume and quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in product management, growth, or marketing technology
- Proven track record leading large, complex product portfolios or platforms
- Deep expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, and conversion systems
- Experience with tools such as: Funnels / landing pages, Paid ads platforms, Email marketing & automation, SEO / local SEO
- Strong understanding of SMB and agency needs (preferred)
- Experience integrating or building AI-driven product experiences
- Demonstrated ability to lead senior ICs and managers across multiple teams
- Highly data-driven with strong business and monetization acumen.
