About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and installation of EV charging infrastructure projects
Serve as the primary accountability owner for the full delivery of EV projects from customer contract signing to commercial operation
Collaborate extensively with internal partners including Customer Success, Energy, Supply Chain, Operations, Project Finance, Vehicle Titling & Registration, and the Marketing team
Ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer experiences
Report directly to the Director, Project Execution
Travel expectation of 25%-30%

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years professional experience OR 4+ years professional experience
2+ years direct project management experience, preferably electrical or civil
EV charging infrastructure experience preferred
Renewable energy project experience a plus (V2G, BESS, solar, storage, microgrid)
Excellent analytical skills
Self-motivated: proactively assume responsibilities, with the ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to collaborate across departments within the company, external customers, and partners.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
