💰 $60,000 - $70,000 per year

About the role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for insurance adjusters and negotiate scopes of work.
  • Assist Estimators in the creation and supplement process within Xactimate.
  • Work on behalf of the homeowner to ensure fair settlements.
  • Maintain real-time accuracy in Dash and ensure documentation is updated daily.
  • Collaborate with accounting using Sage for job costs and vendor payments.
  • Lead weekly reconstruction production meetings and hold team accountable.
  • Send regular job updates to clients and ensure strong communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years in the restoration or construction industry, specifically within a project coordination or management role.
  • Must have a solid understanding of Xactimate logic and line items.
  • Experience with Next Gear/Dash is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Sage for construction accounting is a significant plus.
  • Proven ability to discuss scopes and pricing with insurance adjusters confidently.
  • Must be a self-starter who can manage high-volume workflows without "forced" program deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both professional (adjuster) and personal (homeowner) interactions.
