About the role
- Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed)
- Work remotely to meet with homeowners to determine the scope of work and provide estimates.
- Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need.
- Execute top-notch customer service as a Sales Operation Manager.
- Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job.
- Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers.
- Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs.
- Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Computer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems.
- Sales experience required.
- Experience in Water Mitigation preferred.
- Stable work history with a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to exceeding customer satisfaction.
- A positive attitude.
- Self-motivated.
- Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays.
- Willing to be on call during nights and weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
