Key responsibilities & impact

Help coordinate outdoor travel stays
Manage customer relationships and questions
Work with site hosts to provide excellent customer service for outdoor adventures
Assist with additional support and operational tasks in various systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Self-motivated, analytical thinker who enjoys helping others
Strong speaking and writing skills
Confidence in making decisions and working through customer tickets autonomously
Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
Familiarity with Zendesk and Slack is a plus
Capability to connect a work computer to the modem using an ethernet cable
Ability to maintain focus during dedicated shifts
Good business writing skills (punctuation, spelling, sentence structure, word usage, etc.)
