About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a trusted AI solution expert, guiding functional leaders and subject matter experts in identifying business friction and translating opportunities into practical AI-enabled solutions
Lead the end-to-end discovery, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of AI agents, skills, workflows, automations, prompt-based solutions, and related tools
Balance business value, usability, speed, scalability, enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards
Work with end users and functional stakeholders to understand workflows, validate requirements, support adoption, and incorporate change management into solution design and rollout
Develop reusable solution patterns, playbooks, templates, documentation, and best practices
Collaborate with the AI Transformation Lead, technology partners, and stakeholders to identify dependencies and escalate data access or infrastructure needs
Evaluate solution effectiveness using user feedback, adoption, business outcomes, and other measures
Stay current on relevant AI capabilities, techniques, and evolving practices
Conduct business according to Higher Logic policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong proficiency with applied artificial intelligence concepts and tools, including AI agents, skills, workflow automation, prompt-based solutions, and related approaches
Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate ambiguous or complex business problems into clear requirements, solution concepts, and working deliverables
Strong product-oriented mindset balancing user needs, business value, feasibility, speed, and scalability
Ability to build and iterate solutions quickly while maintaining quality, documentation, and attention to detail
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and concurrent initiatives
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Understanding of change management principles and human factors in technology adoption
Ability to identify patterns across business functions and create reusable solutions and practices
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a centralized AI Transformation team and multiple business functions
Product management, project management, business analytics, GTM strategy, consulting, or transformation experience is a plus
