About the role

  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that support product launches, demand generation, and customer growth initiatives
  • Run and optimize campaigns across channels such as email, paid media, webinars, landing pages, digital programs, and events
  • Coordinate campaign assets, messaging, and timelines with Product Marketing and Customer Growth teams
  • Maintain campaign calendars and ensure programs launch smoothly
  • Continuously evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve pipeline generation and engagement
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and share insights with internal stakeholders
  • Recommend improvements to campaign tactics and targeting
  • Run experiments and tests to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution
  • Partner closely with Product and Customer Marketing as well as other marketing team members to ensure campaigns support go-to-market priorities

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution within a technology or SaaS company
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, paid media, webinars, and digital programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
