About the role
- Monitor customer conversations, feedback channels, and executive discussions to identify recurring themes and insights.
- Synthesize customer input into structured summaries and actionable recommendations.
- Participate in customer meetings, including executive-level conversations, and assist with preparation and follow-up documentation.
- Support the identification and prioritization of feature requests and product opportunities.
- Assist in mapping customer requests to existing capabilities and potential enhancements.
- Collaborate on the development and prototyping of AI-powered tools to improve insight generation and feature adoption tracking.
- Contribute to analysis of engagement, adoption, and usage patterns across customer accounts.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, SaaS platforms, and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders in a professional setting.
- Experience experimenting with AI tools, automation workflows, or data analysis tools is a plus.
- Ability to work 20 hours per work
