About the role
- At Higher Logic: industry-leading, human-focused engagement platform serving over 3,000 customers and 200 million users
- Account Executive responsible for selling Higher Logic products as a trusted advisor to meet client business outcomes
- Develop a robust understanding of Higher Logic’s products, USPs, and competitive differentiators
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Provide technical, value-based demonstrations tailored to prospect needs
- Accurate forecasting of monthly and quarterly bookings and diligent pipeline management
- Follow Higher Logic’s sales process and track activities and stages in Salesforce
- Lead with a value-based, consultative sales approach and sell to key stakeholders and decision makers
- Partner with Sales Engineers for technical conversations and collaborate with product and marketing teams remotely
