About the role

  • At Higher Logic: industry-leading, human-focused engagement platform serving over 3,000 customers and 200 million users
  • Account Executive responsible for selling Higher Logic products as a trusted advisor to meet client business outcomes
  • Develop a robust understanding of Higher Logic’s products, USPs, and competitive differentiators
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
  • Provide technical, value-based demonstrations tailored to prospect needs
  • Accurate forecasting of monthly and quarterly bookings and diligent pipeline management
  • Follow Higher Logic’s sales process and track activities and stages in Salesforce
  • Lead with a value-based, consultative sales approach and sell to key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Partner with Sales Engineers for technical conversations and collaborate with product and marketing teams remotely
