• Monitor local, state, and federal political landscapes, including electoral calendars and emerging opportunities.
• Produce timely political and electoral memos for Higher Heights PAC and executive leadership.
• Track legislation and political trends relevant to Black women voters.
• Manage candidate pipeline database and conduct research on potential candidates.
• Support candidate engagement and onboarding.
• Oversee collection and analysis of political, demographic, and voter data.
• Collaborate with various teams to inform strategy and messaging.
