About the role
- Lead multi-department change across the residential homebuilding lifecycle
- Guide customers toward operating model reinvention
- Serve as the escalation owner when stakes are high
- Bring market intelligence and industry trends into every engagement
- Influence product direction based on real-world implementation friction
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in a Customer Success role, ideally in a cutting-edge, fast paced, SaaS environment
- Experience using Customer Success Platforms (such as Planhat, ChurnZero, Gainsight)
- An incredibly strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable using AI and deep analytics
- Excellent partnership skills and communication abilities
- Domain knowledge in Homebuilding (a major plus)
