About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree, diploma, or certificate in Human Resources or related discipline
  • CPHR designation (or working toward certification) is an asset
  • 5 – 8 years of progressive HR experience in retail, hospitality, or multi-site operations
  • Strong employee relations and labour relations, union and collective bargaining initiatives experience
  • Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Dayforce experience is an asset
  • A valid driver's license is required
